BSN Clinical Practice Project

Hi all, I'm looking for ideas for my upcoming BSN clinical project. below are the guidelines. I currently work as a travel nurse. and will start a contract on a neuroscience unit with stroke patients. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Each student will design, implement and evaluate a practice project to their chosen area of nursing practice.

The project must either introduce a new nursing service being offered by the organization or improve upon one that is already being offered (but obviously not very well).

The student must compose a formal proposal for approval. The proposal must outline (1) the problem to be corrected or need for innovative service to be delivered, (2) the improvement or innovation and (3) identification of all stakeholders.
