I personally like Nursing 2003 Drug Handbook. There is also a IV drug book that I really like by Springhouse.

for pda= tarascon ePharmacopeia,

epocrates

Sota Omoigui's Anesthesia Drug Guide is great, It is available as a paperback pocket book and available in palm format from Skyscape. I have both and never a day goes by that I'm not looking something up in it. It is a couple of years old by now but it is a great resource.
