blood clots

I have a question about double chamber power port. I have gastroparesis and require iv fluids along with iv nausea meds at home.I struggle with blood clots I am on two blood thinners I have three stents in the arm leg and Svc. I have SvC syndrome with having a dual chamber power port am I at more risk for blood clots
