Best ICU

I am looking at moving back to Okc (or surrounding areas) from AZ in 2022.  I have more than 15 years ICU RN experience, most of that is in CVICU, although I am leaning more toward MICU as my current preference.  Any advice on which hospitals have the best nurse retention (I know this is a bit of a loaded question during a pandemic), ratios, etc?  So far I have been looking at Integris (Baptist and Canadian Valley), Mercy, and Oklahoma Heart.
