I’ve been pursuing nursing for a very long time. Last year I was denied, understanding my science score was low. I am a “category 1” admission until they factored in my previous college work, which brought my GPA to a 2.968. Literally a finger length away from a 3.0. I’ve met with the deans and some of the instructors and sought out advice for this. Prayers to all for acceptance, as well as me.

Hoping we all get accepted! That is really tough being so extremely close to the 3.0 for the category 1 cut off. I think they take it all into factor and I have heard of several people who are in category 2, due to scores on science or the composite. My comp score was so high due to my math score being extremely high. My verbal and science score are both lower than my math. Cooper accepts 90, so I think your chances are good!

Last year being denied cut straight into me and it hurt. But, I have also been trying to be anurse for a very long time!

They have until the first week of April to let everyone know. I’m so scared, nervous, impatient, and all kinds of things into one.
