BCIT Nursing

I would like to apply to BCIT for the registered nursing program. I currently do not have any volunteer experience. My GPA is 3.0. I have 30 university credits. However, I failed the second Biology and physiology course. I intend to take it again as soon as possible. Is there any chance that I can get into this program? How qualified are most people who apply? What can I do to improve my odds of getting in?
