basic skills

hi i will be starting school in new mexico this fall, but before i do i need to demonstrate basic skills like blood pressure and so on. some of the skills iam not familiar with is there somewhere i can go where some one can show me?:nurse:

Unless you are in a program that requires you to be a CNA first, I can't imagine they would expect you to know basic skills. When I was in nursing school, learning to take a blood pressure was one of the first things we did. I wouldn't worry too much about it if I were you but you can always call the school and ask them if it is required.
