Band 6 interview /presentation

Hi all I was wondering if anyone can help my last interview was 15 years ago , I have a band 6 interview in just over a week, I work on an elective orthopaedic paediatric ward. I have to give a 5 minute informal presentation on a quality/safety change I could make to the unit If I was a successful candidate , I haven't a clue where to start , I am the link nurse for training and organise staff training so wondered whether to link this in as a topic , please can any one help . Any advice on interview questions also that may come up would be greatly appreciated many thanks Emma
