I've been working in pediatric home health for just over 10 months. Before becoming a nurse, I was always in the medical field thanks to my LVN mother who inspired me. I worked as a CNA in a nursijng home for 4years after high school, and the constant backstabbing from other workers, I chose to go nusing school in hope of getting away from the backstabbing. I thought being a home health nurse would be different without constant backstabbing since I worked alone. After 10 months of this I am emotionally deranged from backstabbing, and people going over my head to our superiors without the full story. I can't go back to school, so what can I do with my Lvn that has no contact with patients and minimal contact with other workers?
