Background Checks

In a background check for Endorsement to another state for RN license what is included?? I know it is for criminal background but does it include bankruptcy??

    a background check is not the same as a credit report. Defaults on government loans or fraud with govt. funds will show up, but I have not yet seen one with bankruptcy listed. They are really looking for criminal activity.
