Know conversions factors such as ounces to mls, but any good dosage calculation book will give you the conversions you need to know. My program has a book called Clinical Calculations by Joyce LeFever Kee and Sally M. Marshall. I don't know how it compares with other books as it is the only book I have used. So far have passed all my dosage tests (knock on wood) Good luck to you!Jean
