Back to Nursing

Hi everyone.

I graduated from my nursing school with an ADN back in 2005. However, after failing my examination once, coupled with a traumatic life event, I never pursued the RN licensure. I ended up taking up an occupation in the Workers' Comp field, where I am able to use some of my medical knowledge.

After a period of contemplating, I have ultimately decided that I want to pursue my RN license. I have already begun preparing my application to reapply for the NCLEX.

I admit, being away from nursing as a whole as made an impact on my nursing knowledge. What can I do to refresh my nursing education before I take the examination once again? I notice on the board website that there are links to NCLEX review courses and nursing refresher courses. Which one should I take?

Thanks ahead of time for your help!
