Average caseload Texas

Just wondering what the average caseload is for LVN/LPN for ICF/HCS group homes and foster care/community individuals?? I have heard some agencies assign 6-7 group homes to one LVN appr. 34-36 individuals and then 60-70 on the foster care/community caseloads??? Any input is greatl appreciated!
