AVC Fall 2021

Hi, anyone applying for AVC Fall 2021. I'm finally done with my prereqs and I just ordered my transcripts. Now I'm just waiting to take my TEAS before the deadline.

    ? they only chose 20 of us this year

    Hi!

    I applied to the generic RN program.   I think I was informed they select 40 for fall. But I was just curious how many actually apply for fall.  I know if is a competitive program

    I would think they get about 100 or so. But it’s really hard to say. The schools down closer to LA get way more and with AVC being so far..I wouldn’t think they receive as many as the other schools in LA county.

    Appreciate the feedback.   The avc RN application I felt was pretty straight forward Compared to application when applying to four year universities which require essays and listing volunteers opportunities etc. Alot more involved requiring a longer review process

    Not sure how accurate this is since I just heard through the grapevine but some people started to hear back from  AVC. Can anyone verify this? I have not heard anything so far.

    Well, I know the LVN-RN bridge heard back already. So maybe that’s it? I don’t think generic heard back yet.

    Umm would it make since to ask the RN  counselor?  Or just wait patiently.

    @futurern661 it wasn't for the bridge. What I've heard was for the generic program. I personally know someone that claims they received an email saying they didn't make it for the fall 2021 semester.

    Anyone else going crazy waiting for a response? All other schools sent out emails and we're still waiting. I hope is this week for sure!
