I am interested in getting my CNA certification then heading straight for my LPN. Is there anyone out there who has attended the EVIT school in Mesa, AZ? My questions are:
Thank you!

The website I had with CNA information was:
http://ghs.gilbert.k12.az.us/counseling/coursebook/Detail/evit.html
They tell you the prerequisite's for the course (MC30 or MC40), which I believe is completion of course MC10. That includes anatomy and physiology along with first aid and CPR.
The website I found with LPN information was:
http://www.evit.com/adulted/documents/applications/PNPacket10.pdf
They tell you the admission requirements for the two-semester course. Good luck to you! Hope that helped some. :)

I am thinking about attending EVIT's CNA and LPN program as well. I know that CNA is a prereq for the LPN program. CPR is not included in the CNA program and you have to do it before it starts. I'm not too sure about your other questions but I hope I helped a little bit. If you don't mind I was just wondering your age. I'm curious if it's going to be alot of high school students since such a big part of the school is based on high school classes.
Hello,I am interested in getting my CNA certification then heading straight for my LPN. Is there anyone out there who has attended the EVIT school in Mesa, AZ? My questions are:Does the CNA program at EVIT offer anatomy and physiology? It is a preq for the LPN program at EVITIs CPR offered in the CNA program, or will I have to obtain that before entering the CNA program? How long is the LPN program at EVIT?Are pell grants offered for the CNA and LPN program?Thank you!
Thank you so much for the info! I am 36 yr old and starting in a new career path. I believe evening classes are designated for the adult learning program at EVIT? Hopefully it will be adult learners. I will be dropping by this week to get some info and trying to find a CPR class to attend. Thanks!:)
Yes the CNA and LPN programs are for adults. I hope you get the info you need! Good luck! :)
Thanks a bunch! Nervous about starting a new career over at 36, but need a new start.
