ATI misconduct

Hi everyone. I took my TEAS exam and then received a email saying I was being accused for misconduct. They said I purchased  from a third party claiming to be test questions which I didn't. I did submit a appeal which they denied. I found a school that doesn't require TEAS for entrance and I explained the situation and they said I would be fine. Well when I made another account under my school email ATI suspended it. What can I do ? Is it possible for me to become a nurse if im banned from ATI permanently
