They should be pretty similar. Assess your weak areas and go through the ATI books and then answer the questions at the end of those sections. Review any questions you got wrong and use the ATI books to continue your studies as you have time. I've noticed ATI has some differences to the other text my school uses so just focus on ATI. Good luck!
Yeah definitely review the areas you missed. A lot of delegation, priority, outcome audits, structure audits. Always remember the first step for a new plan/budget is ASSESS. See what they know first before teaching staff a new policy. If you suspect an impaired emplyee report it, but if you smell alcohol or see a mistake made PULL THEM. Know the conflicts, like smoothing, compromise stuff like that! (This is all coming from my study guide) The practice tests were helpful too because I saw a lot of the same info covered. Good luck!
Can you email me [email protected] Did you take any of the 2013 ATIsI was a first to take ATI Leadership RN 2013. I failed by 4 % and don't know what to do next. Now i will have to take a different form of ATI ( A I think) I did read the book and did all my practice tests. If you took 2013 Leadership RN i would appreciate any study tips.
