ati app?

Hey has anybody bought the full ATI app and found it incredibly useful? I had my confidence shaken with my first ATI test and am determined to be better prepared. So im just wondering how usefuk it actually is :).

If it's the RN Mentor app by ATI for the iPHONE, I find it incredibly helpful. You can customize quizzes according to which classes you are in currently. The questions are hard, but it will give you the rationale behind each answer.

Does the full version present more questions than the practice assessments you can do from the ati website? bi like those but I only get the 60 questions which arent really whats on the test.

There are at least 1,000 different questions on the full version. There are at least 100 questions per topic in the "Clinical Area". There are 8 topics which include: Adult Med-Surg, Fundamentals, Leadership, Maternal Newborn, Mental Health, Nursing Care of Children, Nutrition, and Pharmacology. There are 100 questions per topic in the NCLEX Area with 8 topics, and there are 100 questions per topic in the Body Function Area with 10 topics. So, I guess that is a total of 2,600 questions or so. There I am in my first semester and the Fundamentals, Nutrition, and Pharmacology questions were very helpful. Hope this helps.

I've never heard of there being an ATI app. Is it free or does it cost?

I just checked, and I paid $19.99 on iTUNES. It is really worth it! There is a free version but it is not very helpful. There are other NCLEX tutorials out there, but the ATI RN Mentor - NCLEX Exam Preparation" is the one to get.

Super! Thanks! I got the free app and have been weighing whether or not to pay for the full version. I figured for $20 it can't suck right?
