Assignment to do concept map

I have an assignment to do a concept map and I think risk for infection would be the priority diagnosis could someone help me figure this out?

    Concept maps are the most very basic, simple form of a care plan. Pick something real, something you can DO something about now, if that makes sense. Like pain. Or constipation.
