APU LVN-BSN Program Fall 2019

Hello,

I wanted to start a thread to connect with other fellow nurses who applied at APU for the LVN-BSN program for Fall 2019. I applied in Monrovia campus. Did anyone else applied there or the IE campus? I would love to hear from you guys. I would also like to hear from people that are in the program. I want to know what to expect and how is the learning experience so far. ☺️

    I also have not heard from them. I know the application process takes a while, but I hope to hear from them soon. Let me know if you hear anything.

    Yeah, I got a phone call today and I am schedule to take my competency test on Wednesday, July 10th. Are you going to Monrovia or the I.E campus?

    Let me know how the competency on Tuesday. I'm nervous, the fact that they only gave us less than a week to study. Good luck on Tuesday, you will do well!!

    If someone gets denied could they reapply for following cohort or just look into other schools of nursing

    @Ochanda Hi, yes you are able to reapply for another term. What campus did you apply to? And did you get a letter or email with the decision? I haven’t heard anything yet.

    I got a letter on wed July 3rd. I also logged in to check my status and it was the same thing. I applied for IE

    I applied to the IE campus as well, and haven’t received anything. Maybe my letter will be coming in today. At this point I just want to know lol Congrats to those who got a call!

    Sorry, to hear that. But yes they can re-apply. If I don't get in APU, my second option was to apply at all the community colleges in So Cal. The application deadline are all in September, I believe. Definitely re-apply, Good luck.
