Hi, good for you, you only waited 3 months for your eligibility. I'm still waiting for my SRNA eligibility that will be out by March.

1. Documents for application of working visa would only be submitted if you have a contract and LMO from your employer. All documents should be submitted original and photocopy. If the embassy have your papers after 2 weeks you will be issued a medical referral that you could go through in a month time.

2.If you are going to get married, you can anytime; but you cannot bring your husband with you because you will just be issued a temporary work permit for a year or two. I have read the guidelines on immigration for nurses in their website and of what i understood you can only apply for PR after 6 months or if you pass the CRNE then you could be given a longer contract and would be consider as an immigrant.

3. You will have to pass the exams....it's easy, just the basic in nursing. What's scarry is the hour long interview regarding your cases and would be cases in the hospital.

If I were to assess your situation right now, there would be no problem regarding you getting married. But make sure you could change all the necessary documents to your current status before you passed it to the embassy, I am not so familiar with the legalities on these, though you have to attach a marriage certificate.

4. Im sorry but Im still here in the Philippines, waiting for my visa by March, hopefully my SRNA too.

to give you an overview of how long would be the processing of papers before you could leave, i'll give you minimum of 6 months. I'm on my 4th month of processing and since you will be interviewed next week well .......goodluck you have to pass everything first and wait for your LMO before you could pass your papers to the embassy. By the way, if you are getting married dont get pregnant yet for you will not pass the medical.

Did I answer all your queries? If you need to know more just email me here. thanks and goodluck.

May I know if you applied through an agency, if yes, what agency is that?
