applying to the RN program

I am an RPN student in my second semester at an Ontario College, I realized that I am doing fairly well in this program and I would like to transfer to the RN collaborative program at an Ontario College/University once I am done second semester. Should i wait until I am done the RPN program and Bridge or apply once i'm done 2nd semester? If i apply when i am done second semester will i even get into the RN program based on my RPN marks, or will they look at my high school marks?
