applying for CA BON - help

good day everyone!

i'm a nurse from the phils and i would like to work in ca....i went to the ca bon website and their requirements include an ss# for the applicant....

i know that ca is one of the states that do not require cgfns for their applicants only nclex... but i can't take the nclex because the ca bon requires the applicant to have ss# which i don't have since i don't live there.

do i have to take the cgfns (for the visa screen) or is there a loophole for this since i can't apply in the ca bon because i don't have an ss#?

my sister lives in ca that"s why i"m not interested in other states hehe
