where to apply,, who's hiring?

hi got my license last week and now feeling so frustrated with my job hunting. Searching online and taking care of my baby is a challenge so I try to make the most out of my time whenever he is sleeping. So far most of the hospitals/ltc/snf/homecare/ recruitment agencies arent hiring new grads. Just wondering if you guys have any idea of which facility I can apply to that has a great probability of hiring new grads like me. Thank you so much!

    Where did you just graduate from?? What about the valley health system hospitals? They usually hire new grads. Congrats on passing a school & your nclex!

    The valley health system hospitals hire new grads throughout the year. St. Rose Dominican hospitals, Sunrise hospital, and Mountain View hospital post a new grad program a few times a year. It seems to be easier to find a nursing job at home health agencies, LTCs, Rehab facilities, etc. I highly recommend to walk in and speak with a recruiter or possibly hiring manager. It will make a huge difference than just waiting to hear from them.

    You just got licensed last week. There are so many new grads with no job for more than 6 months or 1 year out there. Be patient. You will find a job eventually.

    hi optimom thanks for the info! im sort of in between the old grad new grad thing. anyways ill try them hope I could get a job soon :)
