application for nclex AZ

hi! i am a registered nurse in the philippines and currently not practicing my profession as a registered nurse. one of the question in the application form is about current employment, is it okay if i left it blank? and also i already applied for CES report and waiting for a copy of the report, can i start my nclex-rn exam application to arizona? and lastly, when they sent the fingerprint card, will i receive it immediately or will it be sent through snail mail?

Usually not, unless it is required by the state for a foreign graduate to have work experience like Oregon which requires at least 960 hours of hospital nursing work before one can be granted eligibility.
