I am having trouble citing this reference its from the Oxford Brooks University website but there is no author. Could anyone tell me if this is right?
Oxford Brooks University. (2011). Characteristics of a group. Retrieved from http://www.brookes.ac.uk/services/ocsld/resources/small-group/sgt107.html
Thanks for any help :)

FYI: APA Purdue is a great online reference with regards to APA formatting:
Purdue OWL: APA Formatting and Style Guide
Thanks so much! I do use that website and I love it but I wasn't too sure what to look under for that particular section

I threw that website into Son of Citation Machine (Son of Citation Machine), and for APA format it came up with:
Davies, B. (2011). Cohesiveness [Web log message]. Retrieved from Characteristics of a group - cohesiveness
Don't know how it found an author name, how it came up with that, or if it's even right, but, there it is. I have used Son of Citation Machine before, and it does put out good citations. It's especially good with citing books just from their ISBN numbers. I've also used OttoBib before (OttoBib - Automatic Easy Bibliography Generator. MLA, APA, Wikipedia, Bibtex Citations), but it is only for books not websites.

I agree with Elle_Guerira; I would not italicize the title, other than that it looks good.
In addition to the Purdue OWL: APA Formatting and Style Guide site previously mentioned, you might find the APA Style Blog helpful. The APA Style Blog has at least on entry that provides examples of online references.
