Anyone know of any good baylor programs for LPN?

Published

Hello-

I am taking my LPN boards in May, and I really would like, well more like NEED, to get into a baylor program.

I am in the RN-ADN program right now, and I will also be having a baby in June, so working weekends is pretty much my only option if I still want to pay my bills and continue going to school.

I know the Jewish home has one, but they are 8 hour shifts, working one double....ick.

I'd rather have the 2-12 hour shifts.

Please help if you know anywhere in the Milwaukee area that offers a great baylor weekend program :)

Cedar lake in west bend may have a baylor program..alot of nsg homes will not advertise baylor but check out north of milwaukee. I live north in Jackson near west bend. Oh Lasata in Cedurburg hires in house pool LPNs at 22 an hour. I just passed my nclex and now I am searching for jobs...I do need my temp license from state. Let me know if this helps...

I'll try this again, didn't go thru last time...Try All Saints in Racine/Kenosh. They're great to work for, when I compared the pay their Baylor shift pay, benefits and sign on bonuses they were the best. St.Francis on 16th in Milw. is comparable, all part of the same healthcare network, St. Josephs, too, but I heard they were going through some problems. The areas I worked in used LPNs for meds. I was hired as an RN. Good luck!
