Has anyone ever heard of the Galen Health Institute in San Antonio? Would you recommend this school to prospective LVN students?

I called this school last yr and talked to one of their Rep. She was very helpful and answer alot of my question. Why don't you go there in person with some questions you have and see it for yourself since you live in SA. I hope this helps.
Did that already. The admission advisor was really helpful in answering my questions too. Now I want to see how they are from the students perspective.
Have you taken the CPAt for the school yet? what's on the test, and did they allow you to use a calcutor or not?, How much is the test fee?
The test fee is $30. I did not have to take it b/c I took the ACT. Therefore I'm not sure about the questions or if you're able to use a calculator. When I took the NET for another school they didn't allow us to use one.

I also went to the campus and met with a representative, and she was very helpful. I'm planning to attend classes in May. As for the entrance exam, she gave me a study guide which is super-easy. The test is in three parts, grammar, reading comprehension, and math, and the test is timed. If you haven't done so already, meet with the representative in person, and she will give you everything you need to get started. :)
