I currently work intermediate care at a community hospital. I have a potential job offer working M-F at am outpatient endo center. The pay is roughly the same, but the hours at the outpatient facility are perfect. I feel guilty thinking of leaving the hospital because of friendships and I feel obligated to stay because I've only been there 11 months.
Cold feet or legitimate reasoning? anyone?

It's a potential offer, so it may or may not happen...and even if it does it could be a week, or a month away. If you get the offer, by the time you give notice and finish up, it should be a year or more.
The worst part of leaving a job is often leaving friends and the familiar behind. How long do you thing you should stay? 2 years? 5? 10? Any of your coworkers could leave at any time due to job changes, or life events. There is no obligation to stay.
Do what is best for you.
