anxiety not allowed to return to work

Hi everyone i need some input. ..

Ive been working within my company for 6 years from home health to receptionist to activities. ..now patient care tech for 3 months now i hate it i cant breath i cant sleep.i vomit in the patients bathroom have diarrhea everything! Last week i called out monday went in Wednesday have to leave due to vomiting and friday i drove to work but couldn't walk in again sick to mu stomach...im not able to switch my position until 3 more months so i went to see my doctor and now i have anxiety disorder and cannot switch positions(i can now switch early do to my anxiety) until the doctor fills out a return to work restrictions paperwork. She doesnt know how to word it and neither do i....bc im still wanting to work with patients but not to that extent i worked well with Phlebotomy activities home health and front desk receptionist. Not sure how to word that i cannot do pct work and still work with patients: ( i love them but just not all 13 at once and stressing over every aspect of there day to day living uggggggh idk...please help me word this so i can apply for a different job and go back to work..thank u so much !

What exactly do you need to word? Surely this is a matter for your physician, not for strangers on AN.

Have you seen a therapist about this? You will have stress no matter what you do. I saw a therapist for almost a year to work through some issues I had with self esteem, anxiety and destructive thinking. It helped tremendously.
