ANMC document requirements

hello,

is anyone familiar with ANMC requirement particularly: "passport size photo... correctly certified" ??

i cant imagine how do "correctly certify" as passport size photo? will the notary public sign at the back of your picture? or do you paste the picture in bond paper with the certification of the notary public that it is my face?? (e.g. "certified true face of the applicant" signed notary public)..

just cant imagine such ANMC requirement, i sent query to them but no reply.. my goodness..

Hahaha. You need to photocopy your passport size photo in a bond paper and have a notary public certify it.
