I need help with a an ethic question. What is your opinion about is there a hierarchy within ANA Code of Ethics values?

That might be diffucult to answer, ifunes. I will try.... The respect for human dignity is the first to come to mind. And, I believe it is listed as first in priority. The person must be treated as an individual of worth. If we as nurses do not do this, we are dehumanizing the individual.
