did you happen to see my post about reading saunders? I am on chapter 63 eye and ear. I feel like I am not sure if I am retaining anything. did you feel like that when you finished reading the book? I know that I know more then when I started but my gosh there is a lot to remember.

did you feel you were confident going into the test? any tips on what to study right before you stopped studying???

any help would be greatly appreciated i think I am just getting doubtful!

Hey Amy,

Sorry.. we are in the process of moving so I just saw this... I didn't read the book straight through.. I just took the tests at the end of the chapters and I would look things up if I had forgotten them... I think the only ones that I read straight through were the maternity respiratory just because I like maternity.. not sure why I did read resp.. lol... I spent time with cardiac too but i didn't read them all... I did the CD's over and over and if there was someting I didn't know right off the bat, I would look it up in the book so I would get the info in 2 different methods.. HTH!!!

As far as feeling confident.. yes I felt fairly confident going in.. I was getting awesome scores on the practice tests.. However once I got in there and started taking the test, I felt like complete idiot.. I guess my best advice is to just keep practicing questions.. I know that everyone says that... but honestly if you practice questions and then look up your answers, you will be able to see things that you had forgotten about...

Thanks a bunch I am reading quite a few chapters just cause I have been out of school for awhile. like the major ones, cardio, endocrine etc.....but the others that I know I know alot about like maternity I do the test and have gotten above 75% or right at. I am on neuro now and look to finish the book soon, thanks for the tips I can't wait to start the cd!!!!

Hi amyd I can say that I read the chapters that I did not do good on and I understand how you feel I felt like all the information that I'm reading I don't understand but I have to say I was tired and ready to get the test over with so I was confident due to the love of my saviour and the holy spirit guiding me so all I am saying is that all your work will not be in vain you will pass so keep up the good work.
