Hi! I need advice. I am in an alternative to discipline monitoring program. I, unintentionally, violated the program rules by sending in quarterly paperwork a few days late. The board asked for an objection within 10 days from me before they made a decision and I send that in well before 10 days. They send a letter saying they suspended me because I never sent in an objection! That is a lie! What can I do? I do not obviously think it should be suspended without me having the opportunity to explain! Thanks!

That's pretty harsh if you ask me. I'd contact them to ask what your options are and then look for a lawyer that knows the monitoring program.

since my bs with the board, I make sure there's a paper trail. e-mails, copies of paperwork sent to and from the board... would also advise legal counsel.
