alert: problems logging on, multiple accounts and member banning

allnurses has noticed a recent upswing in members with duplicate accounts showing per ip address.

if you can't seem to log on please send an email using contact us (found bottom every page) and a password can be resent to you instead of creating a new account.

please reread our tos: terms of service - all users please read and follow

multiple accounts

creation of secondary accounts is discouraged. use of 2 accounts by the same member simultaneously is not permitted, and one or all accounts may be banned or suspended without notice, especially if the multiple accounts are being used to troll the board.

clear trolling with a second account will result in an automatic account bann of both accounts permanently. you will not be permitted to signup for another account.

while an account is under investigation for tos infraction, the account will be placed on moderation until moderator/administrative staff hear from the member. this will show as a temporary ban (software design) and you will not have pm access.

anyone with questions/concerns regarding an account, leave message at administrators site feedback . suggestions for bulletin board features, ideas for improvement, new forums also should be left here. hey, that's why we now have over 200 forums to visit!!!
