agency problem

I work for Intelistaf flying nurses. Things were ok until the past couple weeks. Anyone out there working for this company having problems?

Their payroll department is disorganized. I am coming to the end of my contract and was told there is no buyout and could pursue employment with the facility I am contracted at. I have two tenative job offers, however the agency has decided they made a mistake, and there is indeed a buyout clause. So now they are trying to negotiate "a fair price" for me, but if the hospital won't dish out the cash, the agency will just cut me lose. I have made it clear to them that their games are going to cost me a job but they are still dicking around.

Anyone else out there having this problem, or have any suggestions???
