Agency 'ADEX'

Texas does not have sunny weather all year long, they have ice storms and even snow. It is not hot there year round. And at times it is extremely hot and brutal.

Never heard a word about them................

Does anybody know about this agency? How is them? Anybody know that any hospital who sponcer foreign nurses directly? Pls reply..
Also, Can u tell me any state in US with sunny wether thru out year like Texas? I don't like winter...Pls reply..

you may wanna consider the "sunshine state" itself, Florida. Just choose a city that is not hurricane prone. Goodluck

Many of the southern states actually get ice storms and even some snow in the winter, and this is just north of Florida.

Climates can vary all over and significantly in just one state, depending on the mountain areas, etc.

Arizona is hot in the desert areas, and has snow in the mountains, New Mexico gets snow in the winter, Nevada is warm year round in Las Vegas area, Reno gets quite a bit of snow in the winter,

It really comes down to what you want, big city, or small town, large teachign hospital, or small community facility, your specialty, etc.

Each place is going to have its good points, as well as bad points, it is finding what works best for you.
