Advise needed for career development

Hi everyone, my name is Adella Yun and I am a practical nursing student at Bow Valley College. I will be graduating this September and I need some advise from you. Please spare me some time to answer the following questions.

1) I am originally from Vancouver and I do want to go back there after I graduate. What are the differences in the scope of practice as LPNs in BC compared to Alberta?

2) Can you describe for me what are the main components of your position as a LPN?

3) What is the difference between LPN and RN for you?

4) What do you like the most/least about your job as a RN or LPN?

5) What suggestions or advise do you have for a new LPN graduate?

6) As a LPN, if you were just starting your career now, what yould you do differently?
