Advice

Hi!

I graduated, May 2007. I was employed from July 2007 till October 2007. I took time away from working to care for my sick mother and have now begun my search for a new job.

I found out today, that I was offered a position at a level 1 trauma center. YAY! I would like to know what you, the experienced nurse feels would be a good way for me to get back on the horse before my orientation program begins in February 2009? I want to get back my grounding and foundation so that when I start, I am feeling confident enough to become a strong nurse and not fail.

Books, testing, CE's? Where should I start? Do you have a simple strategy plan I should begin.

Any advice you offer is appreciated:)

Thank you!!
