    First thing you should do is contact your malpractice insurance if you have it or a lawyer familiar with nursing if you don't. TAANA is a resource to find such lawyers. Secondly, don't put any details on a social media platform, including AN. In fact, you should probably contact a moderator and ask that this post be removed. Anything you put out there can and likely will be used against you.
