Advice needed - teamwork activities

Our med/surg floor is having a day long "retreat" a few months from now.. Last year: we discussed issues going on in the different units by drawing pictures of how we feel about our unit and then each group discusses it in front of everyone.. We also made lists of things we wanted change.. (Some of our shifts really lack any sort of teamwork :argue: and due to budget difficulties we have had a lot of stress lately with understaffing etc).

I was wondering if anyone else has been to a similar retreat... if so what are some things you did... Looking for new and fun things to include in this years retreat...

Thanks!
