any advice would be greatly appreciated:)

Iam currently living in NJ and getting ready to graduate in May with my BSN I will be relocating to the Miami FT lauderdale area over the summer. I want to start looking for hospitals to work at. I dont even know how to begin choosing a hospital to work at. Does ayone have any advice as to hospitals that are good.... or not so good to work at? I am also begining graduate school next spring so i would LOVE to find a hospital that would help me pay for that. Any other info such as hospitals with good starting salaries and good work enviormetns would be helpful. Thanks in advance for any advice!!! :nuke::nuke:

that is a great place to work. the environment is great. the pay is the same as all the other hospitals in the area and sometimes a little more.

it is close to University of miami. www.miami.edu

and they have a master's progam, that if you sign a contract for them working as an instructor there for 2 years, they pay your entire master's degree!

and that school is great.

good luck
