Anyone who can give me some advice on attending grad school I would greatly appreciate it. I'm going to be graduating this May and have already started looking/applying for jobs. I would LOVE to work in L&D but I know that they usually require a few years experience first. Because of this, I'm willing to work in different areas just so I could get some experience first. I have been looking at different new grad programs in different hospitals and most of them require a year or so full time commitment after completion of the program. The dilemma is that I would like to go to grad school after a year of working. Is it possible to work full time for a year then go to graduate school while working part time? And will some hospitals pay for grad school if I work for them?
Hope that wasn't too confusing. Thanks in advance. :wink2:
