Advice for a GA student

I recently failed one of my classes and because of that, I am ineligible to take the follow on classes for my BSN. The college I attend currently only offers this class once per year, so I am trying to find a college within a few hours' driving distance (in AL or GA) that I can take this class- The snag is that I would need to be able to take it in the spring, so January start. If there is any hope at all, please advise. Thank you kindly for your time.

You didnt state what class. Also are you planning on transferring back to your previous school? Some colleges in Ga will not accept other schools credits depending on the credit hours. So to answer your question more details are needed.

Prettymica,

I am sorry, I forgot to state that, yes, I do plan on trying to return to the original college after that one class. I cannot state which class it is on here, but it is one that I cannot go on with school unless I am able to retake that one. It is a 4-part class. My scholarship only covers the original school and I do NOT like it, but I can't afford to go anywhere else full time. I can empty my savings to retake this one class- if that is what it takes. But, I cannot afford to transfer and pay for another school completely.

Thank you for your time.

It's going to be hard to get a Jan 2013 start with colleges being closed for break. You have to get your transcripts, vaccine records and everything there before classes the first week of Jan 2013 not impossible but it can be done. Maybe just spend this time studying and retake in the Fall 2013?

Best of Luck to you.
