Advice on certification

I do some case management as an internal medicine nurse in an MTF hospital. I am 61 and retiring from federal service next May. I would like to do travel case management in an RV.  Most travel companies want certification but I do not qualify for CCM but do for some other nurse case management certifications. Any suggestions or advice and what has been any travel case managers experiences would like to go to Charleston SC then Honolulu. Thank you.
