Advice for certain classes??

can anyone please give me some advice on chemistry? i'm trying to choose between chm 130 (organic chemistry) or chm 151 (general chemistry). is either one of these easier than the other or about the same? i'. leaning on the chm 130, it looks like it would be easier to understand, and it is accepted for the adn program. i would appreciate it, if someone would respond and let me know. thank you!:yeah:

Well, I think you should also consider what will make A&P easier for you.

Personally, General Chemistry seems more relevant to A&P. In my school's curriculum, Organic Chemistry is a foundation for biochemistry and some of the things covered are not really discussed in A&P. Whereas, General Chemistry covers things you will need to understand for A&P. Hope that helps and good luck!

In many schools, General Chemistry is a pre-requisite for Organic Chemistry. I took both and organic chem was incredibly difficult. General chem reviewed and built upon high school chem, but orgo was a whole new beast. We use principles of general chem in A&P and have used it in nursing school.
