address change

I am taking the state boards on Friday. My question is...my drivers license has my old address on it....will this be a problem ...?? It would cost almost twenty dollars to get a new one...and right now I am holding onto every penny. I just dont want there to be a problem when I go for the testing..I just know your name has to be exactly the same as it is on all paper work. ???? Can anyone give me any info??? :uhoh3:

Smak60, I took the NCLEX on 1-31 and I too worried about the address on the driver's license. It wasn't an issue at all, they didn't even flinch.

Good luck on Friday, be sure to take alot of deep breaths!

Thanks so much for the reply....:specs: And the "goodluck" I will need it.

But I do try to think positive. Think like a nurse!!!:nurse:

they onlt care that your name is exact .. address , no worries. so when you filled out your application to boards you should have written it exactly as it is on your drivers license.. I kept this in mind since I have a hyphenated last name ... good luck. .
