Acuity Tool Help

Hi everyone!

I am an RN on a general pediatric inpatient unit. Our primary patient population is oncology and BMT. We do have a diverse set of patients with a wide range of acuity. 

I am currently working on a project to create a acuity tool that assists with creating equitable patient assignments. 

Does anyone have any tool I can reference? It would be much appreciated!

    That will never happen. Crappy assignments will always be handed over to floats, per diem, people they don't like.. the charge nurses know how to divide the work, they don't always do. 95% of the time, it's not a lack of knowledge issue, it's a culture/integrity issue.

    While I'm looking for an acuity tool for a different reason....I found the Cameo tool, but can not get it to print legibly.
