ACT study guide for NET?

Hello,

My nursing entrance exam I have to take the college placement and the Nelson Denney test. There are no study guides for this book so I has thinking of studing out of ACT books. The first part of the Nelson Denney test is reading comp the second part is vocabulary. There are ACT books that builds on vocabulary and reading comp I was thinking because there is no real study guide this may help.I understand it will not help me to understand how the real test is formulated but I am thinking it will help build on the skills I need to take the exam. Have any of use other standardized test practice books to help you with you Net test and did it work?
