ACNP recertification

is coming up next year for me. Am I reading right that if I teach clinical in my specialty for 240 hours over the 5 years that I am covered?? Just curious if I can double up #5 or not. Thanks!!

    You can't double up category 5. The Preceptorship requirement is specific for NP's who precept ACNP students. The only category you can double up to meet recertification requirements are the CEU's.

    KK Thanks.. My first recert so I wasn't sure.. I have put in the hours for #5, and I guess I'll just CE the rest..
